Declined for several reasons
1. You do not have a bank value of 300m+
2. Your player kills is negative one of the reqs is a positive kd ratio
3. You do not have 50+ return sets of either amour ghostly or dhide
4. Your best weapon was green whip you need b whip or better


Fix the above things and Ill take a look at it again until than im moving this to declined
